“Your guys did an excellent job yesterday on the softener installation. They got us back on soft water before they left for the day. I left before they did, so I don’t know the exact status of the job. I was wondering if they are coming back today to finish up, and I wanted some info on how the softener regenerations are set up. I would also like them to review the operation with a couple of my operators.”
