Wanted to let you know the new water system is working great. No issues at all. I also wanted to let you know what a great job Will did. Very thorough and conscientious. From start to finish including labeling everything so I knew what was what, answering all my questions, and cleaning up the work area when he was done, he took his time and did it right. Your guys did an excellent job yesterday on the softener installation. They got us back on soft water before they left for the day. I left before they did so I don’t know the exact status of the job. I was wondering if they are coming back today to finish up and I wanted some info on how the softener regenerations are set up. I would also like them to review the operation with a couple of my operators.
