Why is Pure, Filtered Water Important for Paint Lines?
When operating a paint line for places like automotive plants or businesses that develop parts, you need to use high-purity water in order to guarantee the best quality of your products. The pre- and post-wash of your products on your paint line can affect the overall quality if you have water with contaminants in it. If there are any dissolved solids remaining on the surface of your final product, it would cause the paint to flake.
With over 50 years of experience, we understand how to create the best system for you that will help reduce your water consumption and produce pure water to be able to use in your paint line.
Reverse Osmosis Systems for Paint Lines
Using a reverse osmosis application for paint lines is the most economical and convenient way to filter out any unwanted contaminants that could be in your water. With this process, water molecules are forced by water pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. The end result is high-purity water with particles as small as 0.001 microns are removed. The removal rate is anywhere from 90-98%.
Our systems also feature other benefits such as programmable logic controllers, a panel-mounted product, stainless steel pressure gauges and sampling valves, as well as reject and recycle flowmeters with an optional digital display.
