Client Challenge

Continental Linen (CLS) faced significant challenges in their commercial laundry and uniform facility due to pressure loss and iron issues in their water supply. As their operations expanded, their water demands increased, revealing that their existing filtration system was severely undersized and unable to meet the growing requirements. With a need for peak flow rates of 350 gallons per minute, CLS required a more robust solution to ensure consistent water quality and pressure to support their operations efficiently.

Besco Solution

To address CLS’s water filtration challenges, Besco Water Treatment provided a custom solution with the Marlo MFS Series MGA Twin Progressive 96” x 60” tank system. This system operates in “Twin Progressive Flow” mode, ensuring that as water flow rates exceed 200 gallons per minute, a second tank is activated, combining the two for a peak capacity of 400 gallons per minute of filtered water. This advanced system meets CLS’s increased water demands, providing reliable filtration and pressure to maintain the high standards necessary for their commercial laundry and uniform operations.
